After days of heavy rain we were pleasantly surprised at the state of the course and as an added bonus we didn't get wet.
30 members and guests attended our second meeting of the year and many of us were fooled by the lack of pace on the greens!
The winner of the AV Suchak trophy was Trevor Miles with 39 points with Richard Harris second on 36 and John Summerbell in third with 35.
Team winners were Trevor Miles, Peter Wade and John Britton.
Jonathan Britton was also presented with the annual Matchplay Trophy by Kim Harris.
Thankyou to Brian Mitchinson for his efforts as Officer of the Day.
In spite of all the restrictions we were able to dine and it was a fine day out!
